Returns & Exchange
Due to hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or return on opened items.
If you need to switch over an unopened item for another item or store credit please email helloyetow@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist. Items will need to be returned with tags and packaging intact. We are unable to cover return shipping on change of mind/size items.
Faulty items
If you believe an item to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide images detailing fault. If faulty, the item will be replaced.
If we are no longer able to provide the same item, we will offer a refund or selection of another item. If a return is required on a faulty item, we will cover the shipping.
Sizing
Measurements can be located in our product images on each item. Our items are made using the Australian Standards for Childrenswear. We would suggest sticking to usual size.
